Really? We gotta wait a week for the ending? Really?

"You were put on this earth to slow me down." Mar would've been entirely justified in giving his mom a roaring elbow right there. (YouTube it.)
I'm Charlie Owens, good night, and good luck.

Good god woman. You should've just given him up for adoption. You fucking didn't have to raise him. But you did anyways. Charisma, yer a horrible fucking mother and quite frankly you make me sick.

She never deserved a child at all. Quite frankly I think Marshal would've done so much better if he was given up fer adoption.

Yep. The current schedule is designed to preserve Friday cliffhangers.

That would be admitting defeat. We saw in the flashback that she declared nothing would slow her down. It's still not right, but that is her justification. Charisma lacks both maternal affection and patience. If she would've waited a few seconds she'd have seen that Nick was incapacitated and Marshall was trying to break the news to her. I'm sure sooner or later things would've fallen through, but at least this outburst spared Nick from further entanglements.

I wonder what Sara's reaction was, when Penny phoned her with the "great news."
