No more classes! No more books! No more teachers' dirty looks!(not really, she loves our class) Last class of the semester!!!!

One regular test, one in-class final, and an at-home online final for this semester!

Also going to make a go at it next semester. Whether I do well or not doesn't matter, giving it another shot because my professor was kind enough to offer some encouragement- it's the least I could do for her, she deserves it.

I'm not really having a 'bad' day, so...ok, I ended up having to reschedule my visit to the gastro-interologist. Now I will see them in July. :(

Ugh. I hate this. Right now, I hurt a lot. At least I'm not bleeding.

I can't really call this a "happy" thing, but it certainly made me laugh at myself.

I'm setting up the wires and speakers for that new (to me, anyway) DVD player I bought. After having strung 3 wires and taking another wall-mountable speaker out, I notice something. The labels on the back of the speakers have 6 individual colors. By gum, the wires happen to have a color on each end, too. ...*facepalm* Tell me I didn't string up wires that go to something else. I check. Yup. I only got one of them right by simple chance. Oh I'm such a doof.

Great hairday. X3 Good smoothie, got to make cookies (which I honestly love doing since it was monster cookies and I always put a pattern in them) and chinese food for dinner. X3

Oh and my brother no longer lives here. That's my biggest happy thing! He shares an apartment and thankfully has his own job. :) I will not see him very often.

Today, I'm listening to some delta blues while I smoke a pork shoulder, and in a couple hours I'll start drinking the homebrew hefeweizen I brewed a little over a month ago.

Right now, I'm just trying to recover from a feeling of general numbness emotionally. I'm not sure what's wrong there.

D: That's not good. :(

I've felt numb too, in the past. I'm not sure what advice to give, really... I feel ya.

First and foremost: Mr. Whedon, I now forgive you for Alien: Resurrection (which disappointed me enough I didn't want to see anything else you made for a long, LONG time afterwards.) Your Avengers movie was amazing. That said - Mmmmm, Scarlett Johanssen in black leather... <3

Today was a pretty fun day. I got out and voted for the city election (Killeen! Where the entire city council got recalled because they were doing an abysmal job.) Then we saw Avengers, and went to a Martial Arts Break-a-thon (with all proceeds going to charities) run by a married couple I've known for about 5 years now. After we enjoyed that for a while (I ended up spending the day in my mother's company, which is good because she has to work tomorrow) we browsed around the mall and I found a couple of nice gifts for an upcoming birthday. Even scored a $40 shirt for $18 at Sears (I tend to wear pocket tees and button shirts for a "layering" effect.) Today - was a good day. :D

For being a vegetarian? It's okay, I guess. I mean, I can guess there's nothing wrong with associating with vegetarians, I suppose.
