Well, we know she and Stan have similar "make 'em smile" attitudes and like being casual and aren't so much (until just now, for Lisa) into introspective conversations and all. More deeply, remember that Lisa felt bad about Stan's ostracism from Penny's and Aggie's group. While he certainly doesn't count as a tortured soul, I imagine there was, is, something about him that, for Lisa, elicits empathy and a desire to reach out.

Perhaps, but she'll have to change her strategy. We don't know whether Hank is gay or not, but even if he's straight by Lisa's own admission her pussy isn't magical.

This is probably getting my hopes up a little too high, but I've kinda got my fingers crossed that he's the 'A' in QUILTBAG. But I can't tell how much of that is me reading what I want to in a character that I'm growing increasingly fond of, or picking up signals that have been intentionally put in.
