Freemage, do you have a fanclub yet, and can I please join?
Freemage wrote:No, not the one where you end up banging your roommate's mom, you pervs. The OTHER one. Yeah, with the tightie whities.
EDIT to add: I do hope I'm wrong; I can't think of anything that would bring Lisa lower than thinking she took Sara to the party where an inadvisable hookup occurred.

That's pretty clearly Iseul, not Sara.
But I'm still wondering how the rest of the conversation with Fiona went. Did she think/know that Sara was a lesbian? (Almost a Gettier problem, really...) Did she think she was with Lisa? Is she seeing someone? Male? And that leads into the obvious question...

Second, what level of her lizard brain did Lisa's plan crawl out of, and can it be sealed through electric shocks?
EDIT - Third, why did T. use my pic in panel 4?

If "that guy will never be interested in you due to reasons of sexuality, baggage, personal taste, or any combination of the above" were enough to make one's hoo-ha stop responding moistly, advice columnists would go out of business.

I 'unno. I understand Lisa's "forget it and go have a good time and be happy and yay" impulse, but it's really not the best way to handle the immediate aftermath of a breakup. From my experience, and those of others I know, forcing yourself to go to a party (or letting others talk you into going) when you feel miserable tends to make you feel even more miserable.

Uh... wow, Lisa looks like she might have been crying, there. Makes me want to hug her.
The party should be interesting, if nothing else. Yay for crowd scenes!

I get why everyone's all doom and gloom, but speaking from experience, you've had a day that has been absolute shit, saying to yourself, "Fuck it, I'm hitting a party and letting the chips (and possibly my clothes) fall where they may" isn't necessarily a buswreck waiting to happen.
