Just wild-ass board speculation. I think several people jumped on it, because it's sort of tropish.
The truth will be revealed in time, and probably won't be all that dramatic.

It's got a pretty noticeable bulge...

And it's the combination of Temperance looking angry/hurt and the men's underwear in Sara's bed, I think. Although why a transgirl would wear not only men's underwear, but such absolutely "Joe 6-Pack" briefs is beyond me.

Usually, IIRC, these images have been about half what you'd expect, and about half completely misleading.

Dear GOD, Lisa; what sort of pot did you tak-- wait, no; Dear GOD, Hallucinogens; what sort of girl did you just make high!? (I foresee crazy things happening)

Sara looks...a bit poignant, a bit questioning, a bit...sad. Did she sleep with a dude and hating it, or did she take it from someone else? Someone she's...interested with?

Iseul. Huh... :| I see seducing (albeit melancholy and 'not entirely liking this' is possible too), so hopefully this is some hawt interlude and not....an affair.

The shoes does look like Hank's..but I dunno.

Oh, Temperance. You intrigued me. (I have to be honest that she intrigues me the most)

totally OT, but speaking of bulges

I think Eisu forgot a certain detail about the Brazilian model lady in his guest strips for Ma3.

Sorry, what's got a bulge? The underwear, which is currently unoccupied, or Temperance's throat, the front of which we can't see?

The underwear. Briefs are usually tailored to have a slight bulge, and to stretch further over time, and the line of the fabric seems to reflect this.

I noticed that, too! Senna is apparently very good at tucking things away. o_o
The second panel of the latest strip was hilarious. I'm assuming Eisu did that pose on purpose.

Apparently, if you look, the suit in the first panel catches a bit lower down than it should, and you can see a hint of a bulge in the fourth; references were allegedly used. But is this really the best place...?

So's her real life counterpart of course.

Jockeys are very elastic due their design - they expand or contract to fit. I have seen a woman in them and they laid flat against her.

My off the wall prediction based on absolutely nothing...

The briefs belong to Mr. Emo McWhinyPants: Marshall Gryvanski.

I do think Isuel's panel involves some sort of affair. The door behind her has one of those chained sliding locks you tend to find on the doors in motel rooms. Granted, it could be in the house and she and her husband are just smarter about locking the doors than the Ma3 crowd, but with the window right next to the door, it's definitely not in their bedroom.

With the way Lisa's been drawn so far with her reactions to things, it could just be another example of Lisa getting reaaaally excited about something. We know she didn't actually spontaneously sprout sunglasses and have a linguistics matrix appear around her before, and she wasn't on anything then.
