So, do you ever dream that you're a different person?

You seem to know a lot about the dress code of pimps and hustlers...

Maybe I was right to call him Freebie Bear.

See, for some reason, I can't help but think "drug seller" when I hear "Freebie." Like "The first taste is free, but the rest is gonna cost you, pilgrim... "

Heh. I've been waiting for folks to make that crack. That said, I'm essentially a people- and culture-watcher by avocation. So I tend to notice subculture folks of all sorts and wonder what makes them tick.

I just found this. So glad.

(The video has some guy-on-guy there on the left. I'm pretty sure the majority of us are for gay rights, but that doesn't necessary mean you wanna see two guys making out and fondling each other, so uh, there's your warning. NSFW, by the way.)

Bringing this back to ponies quickly to say one thing:

This is the show where the second season opener had JOHN DeLANCIE voicing the villian. Not the famous oboist. THE ACTOR. WHO PLAYS Q. Lauren Faust herself even said that the character he voices, Discord, was based on the character Q from Star Trek. I can see no possible reason why this would be a bad thing, except for the fact that he probably won't show up again, or not in a long while if he does. This is also the show that's not afraid to throw in references to adult movies (the Big Lebowski ponies in the blowling alley come to mind) and to popular TV shoes (I give you at least four variants of Dr. Who...or should I say Dr. Whooves?) But mostly it's just awesome that they got John DeLancie to voice a character. All they need now is Patrick Stewart to voice someone and say "Make it so" for my Star Trek: TNG nerdgasm to be complete. Or perhaps Brent Spiner. Or Johnathan Frakes. Or Mirina Sirtis. Or Wil Wheaton. Wearing a kilt. :3

[size=50<.< I really, really, really, REALLY like Star Trek: TNG and Q in particular. Sorry for the spazzing.

Yeah. He made for a pretty amazing villain, all things considered.

Wearing a kilt?!?! Wait, wait. Knowing the natural state of dress required beneath one, do you know something the rest of us don't? And isn't that just a bit risque for MLP?
CEOIII: I can't comprehend the idea that having sex with a willing partner is something to feel guilty about because afterwards that person ran like they just woke up with 3 dead coeds in the room.

Zanosuke Kurosaki... sgtrock wins the thread.

Why bother with the quilt?

Heh, Discord was an ok villain, but it annoys the hell out of me how some people are hell-bent on putting him on some leather pants
Keep smiling! It makes people wonder what you've been up to :D

Haven't seen that many of Nightmare Moon... a lots of Lunas, sure(To the point of turning Celestia into a Death Eather) but still...
About one of every third discord picture I see on DeviantArt is him being shipped with Celestia, Twilight Sparkle or Pinkie Pie, another of being a woobie that both Celestia and Luna betrayed and a very minimal as his actual Complete Monster protrayal

Yeah, but...To this date, I still see people who insist that no, Night Mare Moon wasn't all that bad, and Celestia was the bitch for banishing her to the Moon. It got to the point I once felt obligated to ask for clarifications.

You asked the Faust herself? :O

Still, I'm willing to give the Nighties a break, as it was very weird that after all fanfare, Luna didn't appeared at all on the first season.

Well, yes. Faust is a pretty cool lady. Interacts with fans on her DeviantArt account regularly.
