I think she's suggesting that high school relationships rarely last into college, especially considering that Stan may well be on the other side of the country right now. But I chose to believe the third option.

I think Lisa's behavior suits the comic a little more, since it's gotten more into general comedy and less drama.

Wouldn't the same shade of lipstick look wildly different on two people with coloring as different as Sara and Lisa's (i.e. not immediately recognizable as the same shade)?
