Sara's range of unimpressed-faces made me laugh. Hopefully, rooming with Lisa will give her many opportunities to expand her repertoire.

Visually, I think Lisa is a good choice as a roomate for Sara- her multicolored style helps to compensate for Sara's all-black look.

The new style works really well for Lis. She looks less like, as Kamino has said, a character who wandered in from a different comic. :mrgreen:

This pleases me. Interesting to know that Sara is not only AWARE that Lisa is her roommate, but ASKED her to be.

Or Sara just remembers Hollywood and how terrible a bad room-mate could be. I'm guessing she remembers how Lucy had Hillary as a room-mate at first and just how completely god-awful that was for her. Picking the girl who is known to be kinda an annoyance but also loyal to the bone is a much better choice than the alternative of an unknown room-mate, and while college probably wasn't going to be as bad as Hollywood, adding unnecessary stress and strife from the very beginning via a poor room-mate would have been a bad choice.

There is also absolutely no way to make 'duckface' look natural. Not in photos. Not in stylistic drawings. Though in Lisa's case, she probably has an ironic twist behind her motives.

Sara picked Lisa because she needs a touchstone. Someone who knows how bad she had it, someone who knows her. Somebody she can talk to, a shoulder she can lean on. Because when the chips are down, Lisa always knows what to say or do to move the plot along... I mean, to put everything in perspective. Seriously, can we have an actual storyline focusing on Lisa? Who she is? Where and how she got that dichotomic mix of attention grabbing behavior and common sense? Please?
