Just for my own curiosity which may have been answered in the past which if so would anyone care to jump in with the answer but..... any plans for a spinoff when this comic comes to a close? I know of... one comic that has done so and it worked out well as far as I know. But dunno whether thats a route you want to go.

Penny is wearing old clothes that she no longer cares about because today is a painting day.

The clothes are based on fashions that she was wearing when the strip was beginning, particularly the "miniskirt strip" from "Variety Pack."

I...guess that makes sense? I'd be more likely to throw on some old pajama shorts while painting than a skintight miniskirt but...eh. I guess she can stick to the middle of the walls? She won't be doing much bending over or step ladder climbing that's for sure XD

This assumes she isn't also trying to be a bit of eye-candy for her girlfriend, which she might be doing just as part of smoothing things out between them. ("Yes, I know I'm not always as sensitive as I could or should be, and I'm sorry about that. But look--HAWT!") I'm not saying this would necessarily be a conscious decision, but I could see Penny's mind operating that way on a subconscious level.
