And why not? I imagine Helen channeled her inner pain and need for attention into a successful comedy career. Starting out in improv she meets her comedy partner and they form a duo similar to Garfunkle and Oates. They were actually on tour and happened to be near Bellville so Helen took a break to check out her old school before having second thoughts which explains her outlandish attire.
