SBT, SBC 3: Two Days Before That

So here's Vi Hart dishing dirt on the original Pythagoras: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1E7I7_r3Cw
The notes of this paradoxalist do not end here, however. He could not refrain from going on with them, but it seems to us that we may stop here. - Fyodor Dostoevsky, Notes from Underground (trans. C. Garnett)

So Boston's "Skillet" has a name, Grigori. I already don't think much of him, but then again I don't think much of philosophy too.

Meeting the Pythagorean might explain a lot as to what happened at work.

Helen got pissed at Mike and threw a mic at him? Not sure if Aubrey would be upset with her over that.

Unless she missed him by a wide margin.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night, and good luck.

I'm thinking Grigori might be the one that called her at work hours, not Mike. Mike's married with a kid, and I don't think his wife would approve.

I think calls from Mike Dowden would get you a one-time-only pass, but so far she only knows his alter ego the Pythagorean and his "point" seems to be absorbing misplaced anger in people not increasing it.

Grigori, I think, might be a fake name. It could be the pseudonym of a less than angelic fella Mike reluctantly runs with...

If that's the case then we know he's not using her for sex.

What if it's Xan from Guilded Age?! Or worse, H.R. from Guilded Age!? Or Baxter from Fans!, minus half a brain? Aw, Helen, be careful.

It would depend on whether their counterparts in the universe Helen inhabits are too similar or different from their alternate universe counterparts. Baxter and Xan are good guys so I don't see why they would be 40 something posers preying upon naive girls. An HR doppleganger might, but then again he could also be harmless or neutral in this world.
