Shoposphere: You'll figure it out. Eventually. With a little help.

Names: Yeah, a LOT of the characters did look a LOT alike at first.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night, and good luck.

At the time 3 seems like an innocuous promise. Now it's foreshadowing. I wonder if that's what was intended because in addition to the primer on names you also get a little bit of details about who each person is.

Shoposphere: I think this is the moment where we begin to see Sara fleshed out, no? And a little bit of her motivations and things that annoyed her-- even if it was very much different compared to her older self in Popsicle War, the New Reality and QUILTBAG.

And yes, BIG foreshadowing over Cyndi here. Woah. D:
But yeah at this time and point there were lots and lots and LOADS OF CHARACTERS and their similarities are one of the reason why I don't exactly connect with the supporting characters back then-- as much as T's characteristic is brilliant.

I still am astonished with the degrees T fleshed out Jack though-- we have seen more of Stan by this time but Jack's still this.....flat face by now.

And also I love how T and Gis sort of adds more narrative and characteristic and relationship as we move forward in distinguishing the characters.
