See, I've actually got my money on Chrissie being 'I'. (Except for the part where I don't actually have any money on it.)

Namely, if Michael was literal with his "waistline" comment, he's likely asexual (although not necessarily aromantic) and is trying not to woo her but get her out of her shell. His reaction to today's last frame will help confirm this. (Although, if he IS asexual, it's less clear why he initially followed her to her room.)

I'm not currently buying the asexual part due to the (now legendary) pink background come hither shot and its effect on him. If it is supposed to be the case then the writing has already been very at odds with the character, other than the sunshine line which might have just been 'something to say in a meet and greet'. You'd think he might have shored up his asexuality in the conversation with Hank to correct some insinuations being made there as well.

Also Zano, how based on you IS this character? I thought it was a likeness only kind of thing. Is there a non-disclosure agreement?

I might feel bad bandying so much speculation about 'fictional' characters depending. I feel like you're my younger brother from another mother sometimes.

No NDA, but I can only really speculate on what I told T for the character. I don't identify as asexual, but I do have to feel a connection with the woman (whatever sort of connection that might be), otherwise I'm not going to be particularly interested (or affectionate.) That would about sum that up, I should say. So far, T's been pretty spot-on with how I would act/react in such circumstances. Also, Adri is a tad on-target with the bit about saying the wrong thing. It's a bad habit of mine that I've tried to minimize, with varied success over the years (basically, I can sometimes get really emotionally worked up or have my thinking way too clouded by strong feelings [and occasionally opinions] and next thing I know I've done or said something I very likely wouldn't have if I'd managed to keep my head clear.)

And thanks! I've never been the younger brother (no siblings) before. XD

That, and "I sure hope this night doesn't end with both of them in the holding tank at the local constabulary's."

Well, a few people here have noted that the imagery in the first panel bears a certain resemblance to Up...

I don't know if I would quite qualify for demisexual, because there are times I have most definitely felt plain old "animal attraction" to someone I didn't know a ton about, other than that they seemed nice. Although looking at demisexuality, I would say perhaps somewhere between it and "regular" sexual.

Hey, I could have written exactly that. In my case it was ages ago that I last felt immediate "animal" attraction, I think I was 22 at most, so I figure what I was like when I was still full of hormones doesn't really count.

But maybe he'll say "I get my kicks above the waistline, sunshine" or something similarly condescending and she'll realize he's not for her. :D
Or she's a psychosexual and will only see that as an invitation to fuck with his mind.

I've already lived through that a couple of times. One of them had already happened by the time I hit college, even. I suddenly feel a bit amused/sad that it's wished for my avatar there to be given more mindscars... :P

Look, my character hasn't seen the camera in forever, so I need your character to be interesting until she's back on-screen. :P
