Also, flirty Lisa is flirty. It's cute. X3

Or the dean's kid! The dean of the whole college.

How so? Some women enjoy being looked at as "protectors" or having their egos stroked in more traditionally "masculine" ways. Admittedly this could be something Chrissie takes issue with, but she seems receptive. Just because someone is trans doesn't mean they identify with every gender stereotype.

The evidence mostly seems to point to that, but at the same time there's this niggly voice in my brain going "you know, it's also possible that she's a hermaphrodite who is Questioning her gender identity..." and then a long jumble of evidence and speculation that I don't feel like typing out.

You know, that's plausible. Hadn't occurred to me. I don't recall whether T's definitely said anything about what Chrissie is, chromosomally-speaking.
One important point, though: nowadays, the preferred term nowadays is not "hermaphrodite" but "intersex." Indeed, many intersex people consider the other term offensive. ("Hermaphrodite" may still be used for animals with dual sex characteristics.)
