If I understood correctly what you meant, the word "trans" can be removed from that sentence. Transwomen aren't less likely to be feminists than ciswomen are.
Of course some of us have to pretend to be the opposite of feminists in some ways to get sexist doctors to help us...
It isn't that. There's a propitiatory attitude that goes along with being male that is can be hard to shake. Basically, a lot of trans women have a lot of that sense of male privilege that carries over during and after transition. It doesn't happen with all of us, though. A lot of it has to do with, I think, how much we strove to hide being female by taking a very deep male role.
What I know is that I've run into far too many trans women who have a very male privileged attitude and still retain a lot of male personality traits. Though, in all honesty, I've run into that with many butch lesbians too and it drives me up a wall.

And I can't go to this. I don't get to meet the man whose stories entertained, inspired, and guided a younger me. I think I feel a BSOD coming on...
I'm very sorry that you have to go through this. I'm sure it's not appropriate, but part of me also wants to congratulate you on your decision. There's only so much you can do before you have to start watching out for yourself. I hope that you'll be in a better position now.
