I also loved Digimon. (I still have all my old figures, though the annoying thing about removable pieces is that I have a bad habit of removing them.)

I wish BG&R had got renewed for a new season. I absolutely hate that they were forced to end on a cliffhanger. (SERIOUSLY. SEVENTH EX MACHINA BOT? AND YOU'RE JUST GONNA LET THAT GO?)

Thanks a lot, now I can't get the theme song out of my head and I can't stop doing research on the show.

I got to start the strip thread! It makes me ludicrously happy between the two (!) exams of the day: Spanish and Marketing.

I was also rather partial to The World of David the Gnome and Gummi Bears as a child. And of course, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is my current cartoon of choice (I don't watch much telly; MLP and Psych are the only two things I watch with any regularity).

I remember Big Guy and Rusty. Mostly because it used to run before Digimon back during a summer I spent in the US. ^^'
Favorite cartoons...Well, MLP:FIM, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Justice League are the best Western cartoons I've seen. If we're talking about stuff from our childhood, though...I guess my two favorite cartoons growing up were G.I. Joe and the rather obscure Ox Tales.

Oooooooh, are you talking about Big Guy and Rusty? I remember at one point (s'been a while, so they might have been taken down) the entire series was up on YouTube. YOU SHOULD TOTALLY WATCH IT. It's completely camp and narm and cheesy and ridiculous and predictable and there are like, three and a half characters that aren't just background characters but I totally love it and wish we'd gotten a million more episodes.

Big Guy and Rusty - from before Frank Miller went completely nucking futz. I was wondering why that sounded familiar, so I wiki'd it. I've seen lots of ads for it in comic books, but never actually got to read it myself.

My happy things for today:
- It doesn't hurt anymore! Now if only my system would stop making me have to go take my throne every couple of hours (at least, it's no longer a few *times* every couple hours...), it would be even better. Whatever I caught during the weekend, it's a doozy. x.x (yay for feeling better!)
- I beat Bionic Commando last night, and on my second playthrough, am inexplicably much better than I was the first time around. This has me a tad perplexed (but amused), as the only thing I'm doing is swinging around a lot better than I was before. o.O

And woohoo! Way to go, Artemisia! :D

I guess ya could. I tend to go by "Zano" at the places where I use this name, but ZK works too. :) Glad to be feeling better, thanks! ^^
