[4 Jan 12] So very thirsty.

So she went with Hans for Hank. I'm intrigued by Daniel though. I guess it could go through a Stan-Dan-Daniel permutation.

I wonder whether Hank will even realize "Hans"=="Hank." Hans is a common enough German name, after all. Also, so far there aren't any stolen snippets of Hank's actual dialogue in there.

Nonetheless, Lisa's reaction means she assumes he's made the connection.

(Also, holy knickers, early update :/)

I predict Hank won't have made the connection, and in fact will start to compliment Lisa on her writing, but then Lisa will blurt out "I'M SORRY FOR INSERTING YOU AS A CHARACTER OMFGBBQ" and then he'll get upset.

Go ask Alice; I think she'll know.

My bet is he does a mild apology for reading her work without asking (his whole thing about privacy) and Lisa feels tortured both for inserting him in the story and for eavesdropping and eventually comes clean about both (not for a while though - that wouldn't be any fun  )

Nah, instead Lisa will (as most humans do) overreact in trying to get it out of Hank's hands and cause hard feelings not meaning to. Thus the drama.

A bit of a longshot is that Hank will think this story is somehow about Sara, with Lisa changing her into a concentration camp inmate to hide the fact. Especially if he's got any idea that Sara didn't used to be Sara Kim.

I don't know what's coming. I only know that Lisa's expression of terror is magnificent.

Don't see a Stan. Probably just that he's the archetypal romantic prisoner. (That or Joseph.)

Well, if you squint, Daniel kinda resembles Stan. (Assuming the guy on the left, with his fist up to his mouth, is Daniel.)

Or she does blurt out that she inserted him into her story, but that doesn't upset him. I don't see why it would since it's not like this work of fiction was created to torture Hank's stand in because Lisa hates him that much. Most writers write what they know and base their characters on people they've met.

And I agree with Freemage in digging Lisa's expression of terror. It's nice to see someone who thinks they know everything in a state of panic every once and awhile.

Maybe it's the haircut, but I wasn't thinking "Stan" so much as "Jesse from Fans".

My bet goes to it being because it was not intended to be nazi porn.

Honestly I think he looks more like Jack but I was thinking of the permutation of names that might come up with Daniel.

I'll go along with that. Or, more generally, Hank will have a muted reaction, and Lisa will (continue to) freak out.

Lisa's hair continues to delight!
