Admittedly, I've been pretty lucky with my profs, but I certainly know that isn't the case for everyone!

I was thinking he meant "exactly" (referring to Sara's "what's the point?"). It occurs to me, though, that I was thinking of the physical gesture when you touch the side of your nose and then point to the person. I don't know what it would mean with him pointing at his head. And hell, I could be way off.
