Turns out it was BOTH of their dying dreams...

It's like trying to examine Twilight: what's the point? People enjoy it for what it is, there's no need to get all psychological on us and examine the finer points of what's going on and what's going to happen. Just enjoy it, that's what you're supposed to do.
You try and predict what's going to happen: sit back and enjoy what will happen.

Here? No, not here.
Normal people spend 15-30 seconds, three times a week, just reading the strip. And then they go on with their lives.
But about 1% of the readers (that's probably too high) are fixated/enamored enough that they come to the discussion forum and dissect the strip so that they can expose and fondle its minutia. These are the webcomic geeks, and they have studied the strip enough to have strong opinions, and they care enough to express them to the world.
The question before you is: Do you want to become one of them?

Cyndi. (Either her or she's the one most likely to KILL someone "accidentally" via erotic asphyxiation.)

As for a prior comment: I agree, giving us Agenny, the relationship we've wanted since Panel 1, and then taking it away this close to the end, would be the biggest "f--k you" I have ever seen. Just sayin.
