Spare me the details, by The Offspring. Strangely catchy little tune.

Here's a tasty bit for those that like darker vocals put to synthetic music. I don't know much about Apple of Dead,
but I've got a lot of Ray Koefoed music.

A really good cover of Smooth Criminal... as a cello duet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mx0xCI1jaUM

(Apparently they’re famous, but I had never heard of them before yesterday.)

More nineteen-eighties nostalgia! The Assembly was an intended songwriting superduo who never got around to releasing more than one single. So here is Never Never.

A very catchy and cute pop song... with very special lyrics. Matt Fishel - "Radio-Friendly Pop Song"

Edit to add: Matt Fishel - "Behind Closed Doors"

A protest song by Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, from their debut album, Freak Out! (1966). Zappa wrote it the previous year in response to the Watts Riots, but its themes of racism, violence and cynical journalism are sadly still relevant now in light of Ferguson.

More Spooky Men’s Chorale, unlike the thing in the other thread it’s much more pretty than silly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEI2K7kLmp8
A very interesting cover.

Postmodern Jukebox, headed by arranger Scott Bradlee, covers present-day pop hits in various retro styles. It features rotating musicians and vocalists. Some examples:

"Seven Nation Army," New Orleans jazz/torch song style

"Bad Romance," 1920s "Gatsby" style (with tap-dancing)

"Talk Dirty," klezmer style (with 2 Chainz's rap in Yiddish)

"Shake It Off," Motown style

Lately I've been watching a lot of singers on Younow, but this one stands out above all of the rest to me, I absolutely love her voice.

Her name is Desiree Juanes, she sings mostly covers.

This is my favorite lately, I can't stop listening to it, though I probably take a bit o a different meaning than the band's original lyrics intended. I even cut out the chorus and made it my ringtone.

and this is another cover of hers that I love listening to:

And this is a very recent performance of a Michael Jackson cover from an open mic night at some place, she does this one a lot on Younow:
