Well. I can sleep in late tomorrow since tomorrow I don't have to work.

And I'm possibly getting real food for dinner. If not, then as I warned Mom. I'm eating the boy. XD

"Trek" on an IBM 360, using a Selectric terminal.

The picture below is of the BSD version, ported into C from the Fortran version that ran on the IBM mainframe (amongst others) which was in turn ported from the BASIC original.

I ate dinner at my favorite restaurant, got a decent amount of sleep and quite possibly might not see my brother for a few hours. :)

Had an insanely awesome date friday night. After hours drinking and live music in the museum of natural science. Cocktails and some dancing in the paleontology rooms underneath the dinosaur bone replicas with some fine intimate moments in the pitch black jewelry room. The only illumination there being what was reflected off the collections around us including amethysts diamonds and sapphires. Amazingly they had no security in that area to guard against us drunkards.

Then we went back to her place and didn't watch the tragedy that is Wrath of the Titans. I also had some serious GOML moments trying to explain to her the about the original Clash and how we didn't need CGI since we had Ray Harryhausen.

Yep. My Sister lurks here and on a comics forum. She's aquainted, I think, with a few of you, and if you know of her, you know that she talks about disability rights and Oracle a lot. She can't quite hide her disappointment with the semi-reboot, but appreciates the portrayal of PTSD and the recovery process. I'm more of a fatalist, since I first heard that Barbara was in a wheelchair, I knew editorial would take her out of it. Why be hopeful when you can just get used to being bitter?

We share a love of animation and writing fanfic that we don't have the stones to publish.

Izzy's Salted Caramel ice cream is, in point of fact, the best ice cream in in the world. I know this because I ate some, and it was good.

Bought, together with some friends, the boardgame "Dominion" and two expansions for it - and it arrived yesterday. I already look forward for the geeky weekend of playing this game =^_^=

Dominion has a HUGE replay value. Good investment.

I know =) right now, with the cards we have already, there are 954 billion random combinations of starting cards, so no two (random) games can ever be the same - and even a partial (say, one-third) overlap of cards within a few games will be exceedingly rare. So it's like it keeps turning into a whole new game.

Which expansions did you get? I'm familiar with (from owning) Prosperity and Intrigue, less so with Alchemy or the port/sea-themed one, and not at all with any others.

I got precisely Prosperity and Intrigue - the best ones, in my opinion.
